1. Data We Collect
Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), referral code, and authentication provider identifiers when you sign in with Google or GitHub.
Usage data: every tool or API call is logged with the tool name, your IP address, user agent, and timestamp. API calls also record the quota cost.
Payment data: top-up records (package, amount, payment method, order ID, status). We do not store your card numbers or banking credentials — payments are handled entirely by our payment partner.
Submitted content: files and text you upload to tools are processed to return the result and may be temporarily stored to deliver the output (e.g. generated images or audio).
2. How We Use Data
To operate the Service: authenticate you, enforce quotas, record usage history, and credit purchased quota.
To improve the Service: aggregate and anonymized statistics about tool popularity and reliability.
To communicate: transactional emails if applicable, and to respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Third Parties
Payment partner (Pakasir): receives your order amount, method, and order ID to generate and confirm payments.
Tool data providers (autoresbot): tool parameters (not your account data) are forwarded to execute the requested tool.
Auth providers: Google and GitHub receive only the standard OAuth handshake data when you choose social login.
We also use standard hosting services (web server, database, CDN) which process data on our behalf.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use session cookies to keep you logged in, a locale cookie for language preference, and browser local storage to remember UI preferences (e.g. whether you have seen the top-up explainer).
No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
5. Data Retention
Usage logs and top-up records are retained to operate the Service and prevent abuse; typically up to 12 months, unless required longer by law or for fraud prevention.
Generated files (images, audio) stored to deliver API results are automatically removed periodically.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or deletion of your account, by contacting us. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
You may delete your account data by asking us; payment records required for legal/accounting purposes are kept as required by law.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
