1. The Service
SentinelX Tools provides online utilities — image processing, AI generation, media downloaders, text tools, games, and more — through a website interface and a programmatic REST API.
We may add, remove, or change tools, quotas, pricing, or API behaviour at any time. Changes affecting paid quota are announced on this page at least 7 days in advance whenever reasonably possible.
2. Accounts & API Keys
You must provide accurate information when registering. One person may hold multiple accounts only with our written consent.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential. Never share your API key. Any activity performed with your key is considered performed by you.
Your API key can be regenerated at any time from the Developer Dashboard, which immediately invalidates the previous key.
3. Quota System
The Service uses two separate quota pools: Web Quota for tools used on the website, and API Quota for requests made through the API. They do not share balances.
Web quota never expires. API quota is valid for 30 days from the latest API purchase; any unused API balance is forfeited when it expires.
Every API call deducts a fixed cost from your API quota (see the API documentation for the price list). Calls with insufficient quota are rejected.
4. Payments & Top-ups
Top-ups are paid through our payment partner using QRIS or bank transfer. Payment is processed by the partner and confirmed via webhook; quota is credited automatically after confirmation.
Purchases are final once the quota is credited, subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful activity; upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights; attempt to bypass, probe, or abuse the quota, rate-limit, or security mechanisms; resell access to the Service without written permission; interfere with the operation of the Service or the upstream data providers we integrate with.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without refund of remaining quota, at our sole discretion.
6. Third-Party Data & Providers
Many tools return data obtained from third-party providers and public sources. We do not claim ownership of that data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, availability, or licensing for commercial reuse. You are responsible for verifying rights before redistributing results.
Media downloader tools are provided for personal use of content you have rights to. Respect copyright and platform terms.
7. Availability & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Upstream providers may be slow or unavailable, which can cause timeouts or failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildanDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, quota, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination & Changes
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where feasible, announced on the website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then under the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
